Return & Exchange Policy
Can I make a return? We have a 30 day return policy which you are able to make an exchange or return for store credit, on all full priced items.
To be eligible for a return you will need to make contact with us within 30 days of the date of purchase by emailing info@gravelandgrace.com.au or you can also phone us to discuss on 0747 467228. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags on or in original packaging. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase and reason for return or exchange request.
To start your return, contact us within 30 days of purchase of your item. Once your return has been approved we will provide you with a return authorisation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is required to cover any associated shipping charges to return the item/s and is responsible for ensuring the goods are received and are not damaged. All items need to be returned in original unused condition with tags attached and original purchase receipt provided. Should this not be the case, or we receive return of items without first requesting a return authorisation we reserve the right to not accept the item/s for return.

Returns or exchange on sale or clearance items are not available. We also cannot accept return of Gift Vouchers.
